Denver - December 8, 2025 — Gordon Cannabis Group announced today the acquisition of the Global Cannabis Network Collective (GCNC). The newly combined entity will be renamed GCNC Holdings, while the GCNC will continue its mission to advance international deal flow.

This move brings together some of the brightest minds in cannabis – Tim Gordon, Chris Day, Bill Abbott and Jill Reddish – as founding partners, each stepping into leadership roles that will drive connectivity, innovation, growth, and legacy across the industry around the globe. GCNC joins the robust portfolio of Gordon Cannabis Group, including Tackle Box Farms, The Bait Shop, and All Good Seed Co.

“This isn’t just an acquisition, it’s the start of something bigger,” said Tim Gordon, CEO of Gordon Cannabis Group. “By combining assets, long term expertise, and vision, GCNC Holdings is creating a platform for healing, earned authenticity, and global impact through the development of sound business practices for members, clients, and the global cannabis industry eco-system at large."

GCNC Holdings is built to operate on four powerful fronts:
-
Global market entry and connectivity
-
Brand development and placement
-
Facility design and expansion
-
Licensing and strategic acquisitions
GCNC will continue to deliver existing membership benefits and is poised to expand capacity to drive deal flow and top-to-top connections as part of the acquisition. With a portfolio that already includes brands and global projects, GCNC Holdings is setting the stage for bold new ventures and brand experiences that honor cannabis culture while pushing boundaries worldwide.

“With added resources to expand GCNC member services and a much deeper bench in the sectors of cultivation, genetics, retail, and facility build-out, we can fine-tune the ability of the GCNC to help members and clients avoid many of the obstacles that often cause growing companies to stumble," says Chris Day, Co-Founder of the GCNC. “Few entities in the world have the substantive reach that we have been able to create through our member company partnerships, our event network affiliations, our advisory board members and our consulting work.”

With consensus-driven governance, and a shared commitment to excellence, GCNC Holdings is positioned to thrive and expand in ways that elevate the entire industry.
